Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on sz999. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, different contact details or different devices – is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, sz999 will merge or close the duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across the duplicates, and may permanently suspend all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sz999 account login credentials. All financial transactions on sz999 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
sz999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts exceeding Rs 100,000 in a single transaction or Rs 500,000 in any 30-day period. Deposits made using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the relevant authorities. sz999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards financial fraud.
Any balance remaining in a dormant sz999 account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before any maintenance fees are applied.

Either sz999 or the Player may terminate the account relationship at any time.
Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your sz999 account, contact support via live chat or email. Any positive Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements. Bonus credit balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.
